  Home design assessment

  A 2-3 hour visit where an OT from our network assesses your home, mobility, lifestyle, family situation, design preferences, and any other needs. Then, an architect researches your property's codes and other required standards to provide a written retrofit estimate with options.

  $3,500 flat fee — credited 100% toward your retrofit.

  Luxe retrofit

  Vivere identifies the right contractor for the renovation — whether an essentials-only safety upgrade to a full luxury accessibility renovation.

  Costs vary based on scope and design.

• Vivere Concierge

  A dedicated personal concierge by name, plus the Vivere Mobile App. Your concierge coordinates anything and everything to make your lifestyle comfortable.

  You first meet your concierge in person at your home to share all your preferences and needs. They help set up your Vivere Concierge mobile app and save their direct phone number on your phone.

  $1,288/month subscription + optional $100/month Family Plan Extension so your loved ones can receive critical health and safety alerts. New clients can try everything for only $699/month for your first 6 months.
